These terms cover our waitlist and this website, ahead of our launch.

1. Who we are

MIMS Car Parts & Accessories (“MIMS”, “we”, “us”) is building an online service for genuine OEM auto parts. By joining our waitlist or using this website, you agree to these terms.

2. What the waitlist is

• MIMS is launching soon. We are starting in Abuja and north central Nigeria.
• Joining the waitlist is free. It is not an order, and it does not reserve any part, price or delivery slot.
• We cannot promise a launch date, or that every area or car make will be served at launch. Joining the waitlist does not guarantee access.
• We do not take payment through this website.

3. What we plan to offer

We plan to match the part you need to your exact car using your VIN, quote you a fixed price, and deliver to your door or workshop. We plan to cover Toyota, Honda, Skoda, Porsche, Hyundai, Volkswagen, Nissan, Audi, Mercedes, Lexus and BMW. This is a plan and may change.

Targets such as quotes within 35 minutes and returns within 48 hours are goals we are working towards, not guarantees. Full terms for quotes, orders, payment, delivery and returns will be published when we launch, and they will apply to every order.

4. Genuine parts

We aim to sell only original OEM parts, sourced through authorised distributors. MIMS is an independent sourcing service. We are not owned by, or affiliated with, any car manufacturer. Brand names are used only to identify the vehicles a part is meant to fit.

5. Your information

You agree to give us accurate details when you join. How we handle your information is explained in our Privacy Policy. You can ask to be removed from the waitlist at any time.

6. Using this website

Please do not misuse the site, try to break it, or submit false or harmful information. We may remove entries that look like spam or abuse. The content on this website belongs to MIMS and may not be copied for commercial use without our permission.

7. Our responsibility

This website and the waitlist are provided as they are. To the extent the law allows, MIMS is not responsible for losses that arise from relying on the waitlist, from delays in launching, or from changes to our plans.

8. Changes

We may update these terms as MIMS grows. The date at the top shows the latest version.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
